Hi everyone! I’m Chloe, the Welfare and Experience Lead at The Dance Spot.
My role is all about ensuring that everyone has the best possible experience here. I focus on maintaining our health and safety standards, overseeing safeguarding procedures, and collaborating with the team to deliver a top-quality dance programme for our students. I also contribute to our social media content, helping to keep our community informed and involved. Although most of my work happens behind the scenes, I make an effort to visit the studio whenever I can. In the meantime, I’m always available via email if you need any support.
Outside of The Dance Spot, I work as a Policy and External Affairs Officer for a national charity, where my professional passion is advocating for positive change to improve the lives of unpaid carers. I’m also a scuba diver and instructor, and a proud member of Rotary.
I’m so excited to be part of The Dance Spot team. Bradley's dedication to creating a school which is a safe space for people of all ages to come together, to find their feet and to grow as dancers is truly inspiring. To be a small part of that is a big privilege.
