We understand that every child is unique, and we’re happy to discuss any specific needs or adjustments that would help your child feel comfortable and confident in class. What should I wear to class?

Footwear:
• Comfortable trainers suitable for sports or dance.
Clothing:
Hip Hop: Wear comfy, sporty clothing that makes you feel confident. Loose clothing is ideal for movement.
Contemporary: Fitted clothing works best, but loose clothing is fine if you're more comfortable. Two-piece sets or leotards are great, and bare feet or Bloch socks are ideal. Keep in mind floorwork, and adjust if wearing shorts for comfort.
Acro: Bare feet are best. Avoid shorts or exposed skin to make it easier for instructors to assist with lifts. Tight or loose clothing is fine.
Breakdance: A windbreaker or smooth jacket for the top half works well. A T-shirt is fine, but bring a hoodie or jacket too. Long trousers or shorts are ideal for sliding on the floor.
What to Avoid:
• Jeans (unless flexible for movement)
• School uniforms
• Anything uncomfortable or self-conscious
