Meet Lauren
Lauren joined The Dance Spot in May 2024 and quickly became known for her clear and focused teaching style. With strong experience in both competitive and professional dance, she brings a high level of knowledge to every class.
She has competed at the UDO World Championships in teams, solos, and duos, placing in all categories, and has also taken part in the BDO Championships. Lauren has performed on the main stage at Move It, the UK’s biggest dance event, supported workshops there, and studied dance at Moonshot University with London Metropolitan University. She has also trained and performed with leading groups such as Myself UK with Kloe Dean, Unity UK, and Grounded Movement UK.

Lauren’s classes are especially valued by teens and advanced dancers. Her eye for detail and technical knowledge help students take their skills to the next level. She is known for breaking down movement in a way that is clear, accurate, and easy to follow, giving dancers the tools they need to progress with confidence.
