Experience

Joined the community in May 2024, Lauren is our new dynamic and accomplished dance instructor at The Dance Spot. She has an impressive background in the world of dance, having competed in UDO Worlds as part of a team, as well as in solos and duos, achieving placements in all categories. Lauren's competitive spirit also shines through in her participation in the BDO Championships.

Lauren has graced the main stage and competitor stage as a guest at Move It, the UK's biggest dance event. She has also shared her knowledge and passion for dance by assisting in workshops at Move It. Her academic credentials include studying dance at Moonshot University in collaboration with London Metropolitan University, and she has performed in the Set 4 Set performance piece.

Lauren has been a part of several renowned dance groups in the UK, including Myself UK with Kloe Dean, Unity UK, and Grounded Movement UK. She has also participated in a flash mob in London with Unity. In addition to her dance career, Lauren has modelled clothing for popular brands like Cotton Candy and Bunchy, and has been a model for dancewear brands such as Shine Dancewear. She has also showcased her dance skills in music videos, including those for Chapter and Verse.

Lauren is passionate about bringing her rich experience and expertise to The Dance Spot. She believes in the importance of nurturing young talent and providing them with the best possible training to set strong foundations for a successful dance career. Lauren's diverse background and competitive spirit make her a valuable addition to our team, and she is excited to inspire and guide our students to become the best dancers they can be.
