- By booking a class at The Dance Spot, you agree that you or your child may be photographed or filmed during classes, performances, or events.
- These images may appear on our website, social media platforms, marketing materials, and other relevant promotional platforms.
- Participants may be referred to by their first name or full name unless we are otherwise instructed in writing.
Please note: If you do
not consent to the use of photos or video as outlined above,
please do not proceed with an online booking.

Privacy and Safety
- The Dance Spot is committed to safeguarding privacy and protecting all participants.
- Images will not be sold or shared with third parties for unrelated marketing purposes.
- All media will be used respectfully and in alignment with our values as an inclusive and positive space.
Storage and Duration
- Images are securely stored and only accessed by authorised staff.
- Media may be retained for up to 10 years following your involvement with The Dance Spot unless consent is withdrawn.
